Central Location and Helpful Staff
friendly staff excellent location varied breakfast
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly each time we entered or exited the building. The hotel location is excellent, close to many attractions and within walking distance of the tram stop. The breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted great too..
Water came out of the shower onto the floor after each shower. The noise cancellation could have been better.

This hotel is in an really good location. Many major tourist spots are within a short walk. This proximity made sightseeing very convenient. I easily walked to several attractions from the hotel.

The hotel provides baggage storage after checkout. This was helpful because my flight was later in the day. I appreciated being able to leave my bags safely. I returned later to collect them.

the provided coffee at breakfast tasted good. staff made eggs to order which i think it is great. the location secure hotel and i found this reassuring.
